There is a very good reason for not having the prices on this website; there are many people in Luxor who would like to know Ali’s prices and they will all promise to do the trip cheaper BUT at the end of the tour they would argue for a higher price and give you a great deal of grief. You will find that Ali charges a fair price and he will not give you any hassle: that I can promise you!
The Tours
The West Bank: Tour I
Visit the Valley of the Kings. Visit three tombs, Queen Hatshepsut's Temple and the Colossi of Memnon. On your private tour you will be collected from your hotel or apartment by an air-conditioned mini bus and you have your own Egyptologist guide. I can provide guides speaking many languages, just ask. You can take your time with your tour and enjoy the amazing historical sites. It is also possible to visit the tomb of King Tutankhamen on this visit.
The West Bank: Tour II
Ramesseum, Medinet Habu, and either Deir el Medina or The Valley of the Queens. This private tour compliments the West Bank: Tour I and includes a visit to Gurna village where you can see hand made items. Again you will have your own private air-conditioned mini bus and own Egyptologist. Take your time and enjoy the delightful tombs.
Dendarah Temple (1/2 Day)
This temple is about 1 hour north of Luxor and this makes for a quieter visit. Your Air-conditioned minibus and a guide will collect you from your hotel or apartment. You then join the convoy to Dendarh and make the journey north. This is a special temple surrounded by the desert it also has wonderful ceiling paintings.
Karnak & Luxor Temples (1/2 Day)
Karnak Temple is the largest temple complex in the world. Your guide will be happy to let you enjoy this tour at your own pace. It is also possible to visit the Luxor Museum with the same guide.
Karnak Light & Sound
The trip takes place in the evening and you have a choice of travelling to Karnak by taxi or caleche (a horse drawn carriage). The whole temple and grounds are bathed in light whilst listening to the story of the temple.
Horse Riding (3 hours)
Firstly you cross the Nile and then a local car will take you from the boat to the stables. You can choose to ride in the desert or by the Nile
Camel Riding (2 Hours)
Ride by the Nile and through local villages for a sight of local life.
Romantic Dinner on the Nile
Evening on a motorboat, with food and drink included. You get a panoramic view of Luxor at night, very special
Felucca Sailing: Picnic (1/2 Day)
Visit Banana Island and then have a picnic on a sandbank in the middle of the Nile. You glide quietly along the Nile with a chance to see local life as you pass by.
Felucca Sailing: Sunset (2 Hour)
In your own private felucca you can enjoy the peace and quiet of sailing on the Nile and see the glorious sunset.
Motorboat Sailing (1/2 Day)
You visit Banana Island and then have a picnic on a sandbank in the middle of the Nile. Taking the motorboat means there is the possibility to visit Bird Island further up river near the Luxor Bridge.
Balloon Flight at Dawn
You will be collected from your hotel or apartment and cross the Nile by motorboat. There is a safety talk over a light breakfast of coffee & cake. You will fly from Queen Hatshepsut’s temple over the West Bank. After the flight there is a small celebration and you are presented with a certificate of the flight and a T shirt. All transport and insurance is provided. We use the same balloon company as the leading UK travel agents in Luxor.
Edfu Temple, Kom Ombo, Aswan Dam & Philae Temple (1 Day)
In your own private air-conditioned minibus you will travel out by convoy, and return by first class train at 6pm. Your guide will take you to visit Edfu then Kom Ombo temples. There is some free time in Aswan before the train back to Luxor which arrives back at 9:30pm. Your Egyptologist guide will stay with you the whole time.
Abu Simbel, Edfu Temple, Kom Ombo, Aswan Dam & Philae Temple (2 Days)
After collection from your hotel or apartment in your own private air-conditioned mini bus you will join the convoy out to Edfu and Kom Ombo temples. Then you visit Philae with an option to see the Unfinished Obelix. There is an overnight stay in a 3-star hotel before you journey by minibus to Abu Simbal. You return to Aswan and have a light lunch before the return by convoy to Luxor arriving back at 6pm.

Cairo By Plane (1 day)
This is an exciting and hectic city and your guide will show you the Pyramids, Sphinx and Cairo Museum. Air Conditioned minibus and lunch included.
Cairo By Train (2 Days)
Pyramids, Sphinx and Cairo Museum. Air Conditioned minibus, guide and lunch included. Overnight train leaves Luxor at 11.25pm.
Fellah's Tent
Pick up from your hotel or apartment Then by Bus to Movenpick Hotel, then by boat to the tent. There will be Belly dancing, whirling dervish and music to entertain you and you are given a free galabaya. Back by bus.
Sea Plane Trip (1/2 Hour)
Based outside the Karnak Temple
